We package and ship our vinyl records with the greatest care, using extra-thick packaging to ensure that your rare and collectible vinyl records arrive in pristine condition. Every record is professionally cleaned. Records are removed from the album cover to avoid damage and shipped in an inner paper sleeve. The record and album cover are then placed in a 3 mil plastic sleeve, carefully placed and packed in a cardboard record mailer. We guarantee every item we sell to be as listed. We strive to provide superior service, but if we make an error, we'll make every effort to make it correct either by refunding all costs involved, or adjusting the selling price to everyone's satisfaction.

Every record is professionally cleaned. Records are removed from the album cover to avoid damage and shipped in an inner paper sleeve. The record and album cover are then placed in a 3 mil plastic sleeve, carefully placed and packed in a cardboard record mailer. We guarantee every item we sell to be as listed. We package and ship our vinyl records with the greatest care, using extra-thick packaging to ensure that your rare and collectible vinyl records arrive in pristine condition. Every record is professionally cleaned. Records are removed from the album cover to avoid damage and shipped in an inner paper sleeve. The record and album cover are then placed in a 3 mil plastic sleeve, carefully placed and packed in a cardboard record mailer. We guarantee every item we sell to be as listed. We strive to provide superior service, but if we make an error, we'll make every effort to make it correct either by refunding all costs involved, or adjusting the selling price to everyone's satisfaction.

Making sure you get your record/s safely is important to us so we always send your record/s in a Brand New Record Mailer with 2 Stiffeners, Fragile tape & a Fragile sticker!

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping (Postage + Packaging), Tracking is an extra service, which costs extra and is not automatic, if you require tracking let me know before paying or select the tracking option when choosing your delivery option.

When the weight goes above 2KG the price for postage goes up majorly, 7 12"/LP records & above weights more then 2KG, please bear that in mind!

If items get lost or damaged I always have proof of postage, so in the unlikely event that this happened I will go through the normal procedure and file a lost or damaged case with the Royal Mail (Please be aware that items are not classed as lost till 15 working days after due date and can take up to 30 calendar days for Royal Mail to conclude there investigation)

No Paypal Fees! Unlike other Seller we do not charge a fee on paypal transactions. We pick up all the Paypal Charges.
