New Price Increases From 2nd April 2024: New prices increases and Shipping Costs from 1st May 2024.
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA ,Ukraine and Russia please pay particular attention, this is beyond our control, quite simply courier prices have risen since Covid 19 and political conflicts, and these countries have been hit hard by parcel rates,we cannot control this ,please bear this in mind when ordering your goods, thank you again.
Before issuing a Paypal claim against us please contact us in the first instance as we may be able to resolve your issues in order to remain professional to your services,in the event that you are not happy with your order you must contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your goods.If a full refund is due to you and we request the product back before refunding the return post will be paid by yourselves and when we get the product back safely we will return your full shipping costs with no issues.

If the goods you have chosen to purchase are of low value and shipping costs exceed the purchase price we have the right to choose a cheaper form of parcel post to offset the value difference ( IE: Overseas Box sets ) please bear in mind that this form of parcel post ( economy parcel post) could take up to 2 months for you to receive.
