We will always endeavour to give you a new case with your cd, if we have them in stock, exceptions being if there are stickers/artwork on the original case that would be difficult to remove, then we will tell you the condition of the case in the description. If orig case is broken, we may give you an extra case.

All items will be packed securely & posted within 2 days via Royal Mail and can be sent worldwide. To have tracking numbers in both countries is very expensive from the UK, so I would advise this only on very expensive items unless we use a courier like FedEx or UPS.
