Dimmu Borgir’s – “Stormblast” is the second full-length album for the band from Oslo, Norway. “Stormblast” was first released on CD in 1996. It was officially pressed on a vinyl record in 1998.
In total, the album has been released officially on vinyl, in four versions to date.

Review
Something I love about metal (of all kinds) is the use of piano in some songs. And here, the themes played by Dimmu Borgir on the piano are beautiful, dark, and atmospheric.
“Stormblast” is, if not the best, definitely one of the top releases of Dimmu Borgir. Ιs a solid symphonic and melodic black metal album that showed early on that Dimmu Borgir would become a huge metal band.

Dimmu Borgir’s – “Stormblast” on a vinyl record is not relatively, expensive to obtain, as you will see in the list below. The current price for a MINT copy on a vinyl record in the 1998 original purple version, which is the most expensive, at the moment, is ≈250€
If you don’t want to spend that much money, you can buy a 2011 vinyl reissue (Back On Black BOBV305LP UK 2011) for ≈70€
