I can offer an alternative using international couriers for parcels between 1kg and 15kg. The prices are generally less than La Poste. Every parcel will have a tracking number. All items posted via La Poste are sent by 1st Class mail. Orders, whether sent through La Poste or a courier, are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment. The cost of shipping will be added to your final invoice. The shipping cost only covers the actual costs of postage and packing. No profit is made and we do NOT claw back the Discogs Fee.

We are happy to combine ship multiple records in 1 parcel. Records are packed using strong materials to ensure they arrive in the same condition that they are posted.

If a record contains 2 or more discs, then postage is calculated at the 2 or more discs rate. So, 2 7" singles in one sleeve are sent at the rate for 2 singles. The same rate calculations are used for 12" singles and LPs.

SHIPPING & GRADING POLICIES - PLEASE READ!

INTERNATIONAL (Non-US) CUSTOMERS:
If you choose USPS First Class Package International service for your order please understand that your package can only be tracked up until the point that it leaves the United States postal system. For example after we ship your package from our office it will travel to either the Jamaica, New York or Bethpage, New York USPS sorting facilities before going overseas. Once the package leaves those facilities we can no longer track it. For this reason we advise you to either choose insurance for your First Class Package (to protect against non-delivery) or choose a trackable service (Priority Mail or Express Mail International). While these services are much more expensive than First Class Package International they give you the peace of mind knowing your package can be tracked.

In over 8 years of shipping international packages we see very few that never arrive at their destination. Possible causes for non-delivery when it does occur are 1) postal strikes in your home country, 2) customs inspection or holds, 3) incorrect address provided by the buyer (in some cases it has taken 6+ months for packages to be returned to us because of this), and of course 4) the possibility of theft (very unlikely). Again. we stress that you either choose insurance or a trackable shipping service to avoid these potential problems!

GRADING:
We visually grade all of our inventory using a bright professional photography light. From time to time a physical defect may evade our detection or a mistake might be made in our grading. Let us know immediately if you have an issue with our grading and we'll work with you to make it right.

RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted in cases where we have sent the incorrect record. In order to be eligible for a refund we ask that returned items come back to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were originally shipped. For example, a sealed record must be returned sealed in order for a refund to be issued. We will pay return shipping costs if the wrong record was sent.
