Lavishly illustrated with more than 100 images - many unpublished - by the most relevant photographers of the time (Frank Stefanko, Eric Meola, Lynn Goldsmith, Chuck Pulin, etc.), it follows the process of gestation of the album, demonstrating its importance in the canon of the rock & roll and walk the tour step by step. It constitutes a rigorous research work that does not leave loose ends, frames Darkness on the Edge of Town in a vast tapestry of political, social and cultural influences, and clears doubts through interviews conducted with those who participated directly in the gestation of the album, such as Dave Marsh, Jon Landau, Stefanko or Meola. An absorbing narration, written in high-voltage prose, halfway between the literary essay and the novel style, which places Spanish music criticism on par with the best Anglo-Saxon precedents.
