Antares from Italy is a forgotten prog band from late seventies.Most members of the band appear to be of Italian origin,however this one sounds closer to Teutonic Prog,while the album was recorded in Norway.The album follows more or less an ELOY/PINK FLOYD vein of spacey Symphonic Rock with cosmic synthesizers,accented vocals and stripped-down electric guitars,so the style is somewhat split between British and German Prog.A cool album with notable symphonic references.Heavy vinyl!
