Mike Bloomfield's Electric Flag was one of the first groups that presented its music as a cohesive flow of sounds rather than a collection of distinct pieces.Highly recommended to Psychedelia fans, this 12 track, 27 min psychedelic soundtrack is nearly all instrumental with six tracks that are fragments. The soundtrack has dated a lot better than the film itself.The Trip is also one of the first rock albums to feature the Moog synthesizer.
