M-/m- | To quote Nick Peck, keyboardist for the American progressive rock band Episode: ^This band plays and composes sweeping, grandiose works in the tradition of Yes and Procol Harum with a nasty King Crimson-esque streak.^ I would add that they^re also influenced by spacey prog bands, especially Pink Floyd, and hippie/jam bands like the Grateful Dead. All of this is evident in Into the Epicenter. There are male and female vocals, and when they harmonize together, it's especially lovely. The back of the cover contains autographs by five group members. The album contains the lyric/credit insert, as well as a piece of band stationery signed by Don (Don Roe), and a cool Episode sticker. Released in 1989 on the Syn-Phonic label in the U.S.
