Seminal & obscure British band with links to the family trees of the STONES and HERD. Only release was one single in '65. This full-length album contains 2 unearthed previous UNRELEASED studio demos from '64 and 14 live tracks from the same year. Altogether this makes this an album of classic vintage swaggering British teenage beat/R&B. PREACHERS featured 2 members of the HERD, early STONES drumer Tony Chapman, as well as astonishing young guitarist Steve Carroll, who died in car crash during the recording and was replaced by Peter Frampton.
