Of Ullages and Dottles contains 8 original compositions, featuring lyrics by fantasy/romantic authors (Blake, Longfellow, Mary Cicely Barker, Mervyn Peake, George McDonald etc.). TSOI weave their rich and colourful musical tapestry incorporating influences by Canterbury Scene, Sgt. Pepper era Beatles, British folk rock of the 60s & 70s, US acid/West Coast rock and the "Beautiful Balloon" sounds of 60s California.
