In 1974 Kevin released a EXTREMELY NICE PSYCH-FOLK LP of his own material, featuring himself on vocals, guitars, and keyboards, with friend and fellow musician Denis delaGorgendiere on bass. The album, titled "Songs From Down the Hall" is still considered a classic of the independent singer/songwriters genre and is requested by collectors around the world. This CD reissue is transferred from the master tapes and includes bonus tracks.)
